Cancellation Policy
As a company, we understand that situations may arise that may warrant the cancellation of a paid service and we would be happy to help you facilitate your refund back to you as long as the Merchant have refunded the payment into our company account
1) inform the company about the need to cancel a service already paid for
2) Allow 10 working days for the company (Merchant Renix) to process your refund upon arrival from the Merchant
3) Foreign currency payments will get deducted for registration fee/service charge upon refund to the company which is 7%
4) Any payment over 1 year is no longer refundable
5) Refund will be paid upon submission of original purchase receipt
6) Refund will be paid into the account the initial payment was made from
7) You will be refunded in the same currency you made your payment into the company account
8) Any refund involving exchange/conversion of currencies from one to another the rate that will be used to initiate such a refund will be based on the rate used in such transactions at the time the business transactions was completed.
